A long check in process! They seem to book too many appointments at once. I dropped off my car on July 19 and repairs were not complete until August 4. I have not sufficiently driven it to give a rating on the work that was done. For now, my gear is properly shifting from reverse, and when I drive the transmission feels evenly transitioning to drive! I am dissatisfied with the length of time my car was there being diagnosed, parts ordered and, repairs made! Also, I was unhappy with the monumental cost! My service advisor did give me a senior citizen discount after I requested one. And I truly appreciate his consideration. I was quite disappointed that there was no courtesy car available! I was told 'I could go across the street to Enterprise and rent one!' I had driven more than 20 miles to get to SB! My service advisor did arrange a ride home for me. Again, I appreciate it! I pray that I can get my car serviced at SB again. More
