I've never had an easier experience buying, or even leasing, a car in my life! When I made my appointment Monika was extremely responsive and made me feel at ease before I even got there. Once I was sold on which car I wanted to purchase, she made sure to pull out all the stops and push things through quickly due to my busy schedule. Once I got to finance, Tom took wonderful care of me as well. Barbie put a ribbon on my new baby, took pics, changed the plates, and I was out of there in no time! The customer service has even extended beyond my in person experience as Barbie and some other team members have reached out to make sure everything was going ok and to schedule my first service.
