Everything was great , excellent loaner. Service advisor thorough. But the car wasn’t washed in a proper way. I always look forward to a polished vehicle after service. I arrived about 10 minutes early for a 10am appointment both lanes were backed up to PCH my service rep was unable to get to me for approximately 45 minutes from there every thing went smoothly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They didn’t seem quite properly staffed for all of the appointments of day in that I was 5 min early to my appt slot and wasn’t seen to be checked in They didn’t seem quite properly staffed for all of the appointments of day in that I was 5 min early to my appt slot and wasn’t seen to be checked in until 30 min after my appt time. This was true for a lot of the folks around me. But once I was checked in, everyone was super helpful and kind I was just much later leaving than I thought I would. More
