I had 4 tires replaced and wheel alignment done on my GLE 400. I dropped off the vehicle on a Monday about noon and it was ready about midday the next day. Transportation to home and back was provided via Ly 400. I dropped off the vehicle on a Monday about noon and it was ready about midday the next day. Everything was great , excellent loaner. Service advisor thorough. But the car wasn’t washed in a proper way. I always look forward to a polished vehicle after service. I arrived about 10 minutes early for a 10am appointment both lanes were backed up to PCH my service rep was unable to get to me for approximately 45 minutes from there every thing went smoothly.
