My experience was OK I worked with Mark. 1st off let me say Mark did an amazing job he did everything possible to make my experience great. I came in on a Friday to purchase and get a "on my trade in picked out the car that I wanted and was asked to come in on Sunday to pick up. I was under the impression that once I got there I would sign the papers on Sunday and trade in my old car and drive off but the financing took so long I was sitting there for hours .I'm not used to that because normally I only deal with my credit Union where I just go and pick up the car and sign the paperwork and then I'm done in-and-out in 30 minutes So I would have to say the financing process needs to step up They're game and do whatever is possible to get the customer in-and-out. More
