Scheduled a service for my fiancé’s vehicle and was asked if we would wait at the dealership for the vehicle. We decided we would. When we arrived there, our service advisor was not there and then we were to if we would wait at the dealership for the vehicle. We decided we would. When we arrived there, our service advisor was not there and then we were told the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until the following day due to the time of the appointment and many vehicles. If the late appointment was not going to have the vehicle ready the same day, the advisor should have communicated this prior to the date. Luckily, Cliff helped us and got us an Uber back home. More

The first people you encounter are the valets and they are a bit standoffish. The service advisor who helped me was friendlier by I feel like she didn’t give me good service. Sonia didn’t respond to my 2 texts and voicemail when I was asking for an update on my car. This was already close to 5pm which was around the time she said my car would be done. I had to call the main line to track her down. She said my car would be done in 20 mins and I can come pick it up. She mentioned though that she was heading out for the day. When I picked up my car, I found out that the key battery wasn’t replaced after I specifically told them when I dropped off my car that the battery was low. Sonia assured me that they would replace this but I guess she forgot. All in all I feel that service was poor after paying $1,300+. More
