In two years of having car, the dealer has had it more than me. My car is a true lemon, very beautiful car but worst car I have ever owned. All the advisors are good but their not mechanics. Each time My car goes in, it's in the shop 2-3 weeks and within a couple weeks it's back in. The miles on my car is from their test drives? I think someone using my car for personal use.. I have never taken this car on a trip because I cannot trust it. For Two years this car on app said battery was bad & finally they just replaced it along with sensors? The work of mechanics are sad. Maybe you should send them all for training. I know alot has to do with so much software That they are unaware of fixing. Very sad Mercedes, I bought this car because I thought Mercedes was high end & in the market for so long that they would have there xxxx together but maybe its time for them to take a hard look at what's going on. I'm not the only one who is not happy with mercedes. More
