Couldn't find car.If repairs were not finished just say so and not have me waiting outside for 30 minutes. First I was told it was on the 3rd level and had to be driven down. Then a service worker walked around and didn't find the car.Then I was told another car was blocking my car and yet for the 2nd time car had to be driven from the 3rd level. My paperwork had been checked 3 times.Just be honest and say car is not ready. Then I finally get the car and it had not been washed as stated on paperwork. Spare tire in trunk had not been checked because nothing in my trunk had been moved.Shall I find another dealership?As stated earlier I am not happy. I just assume that the services stated were performed. My confidence in this dealership has been shaken.
