This is the worst customer service experience I ever had for my car. They kept my car for 3 weeks with them and give the insurance adjuster the estimate to fix my car and never give me a loan car even thoug for my car. They kept my car for 3 weeks with them and give the insurance adjuster the estimate to fix my car and never give me a loan car even though I requested one when I made the appointment with them, after 3 weeks they asked me to take my car because they can’t fix it. What company is this. I have a horrible experience, i will never buy a Mercedes for me or my family in the future because they are the worst car company in the world More

I lost one day, because Parts delivery was late, even I have ordered for a drive belt Friday morning, supposed to get one on Monday, but it was Tuesday afternoon. The services works good.
