yearly service was fine. Issue was I was told that loaner was available and made appointment for evening dropoff. At dropoff, found out no loaner available and had to re-schedule for day & wait, Having a Lyft home for a couple of hour turnaround didn't make any sense. Further, at initial schedule call, response was that my regular service advisor was unavailable, so had to have a different one. At the subsequent service appointment, my regular service advisor was available! So, while service was fine, communication from call-in line was poor and out of touch. . More

I am very happy with my recent lease of CLA 250 Mercedes. I worked with.Paula and Mar and an additional finance, lady, and they all work together to give me exactly what I wanted. Paula was very patient with me with no high pressure sales and he even returned my rental car for me later he showed me all there gadgets in the car and I highly recommend him the sales person to work with.
