Messed up the purchase price math, several promises not kept, no follow up, no call backs. Make it zero stars. Once they got my money, they ghosted me 1. They made a small mistake on the take home price they showed me on a screen. They caught it but never told me, just shuffled it into the paper work. It was less than a $100, therefore meaningless. My down payment check was off by that amount so my opening balance is $40,089! The lack of integrity is disappointing. Gives me PTSD from the old car buying days. I discovered at home from the paperwork. It took me awhile to figure it out. 2. Tried to sell me an extended warranties of various kinds based on a summary. Keys will be replaced if lost or damaged, brakes fixed, belts replaced, good for 48,000 mi, etc. Said no, then the head guy comes in and puts of the pressure, offers 25% discount, etc. I asked what belts are in an EV and got no real answer. I said no again, and went home and asked them to email me the actual contract. They sent me the brochure. They will pay $800 toward the keys. Make that key, because each key cost $1,000. Brakes once, etc not for 48,000 miles. The printout, to be kind is misleading and a faded copy at that. If I was their lawyer, I would tell them to just use the brochure before they get sued and/or turned in to Government Agency 3. Asked for copies of all the reports they published when they advertised my EQE 350+ sedan. Yes said yes. Still waiting for that email. 4. Suppose to get some kind of EV charging credit. No call backs, no text nothing. And no credit. 5. Need help setting up the Apps. No call backs, no text nothing. 6. Have questions about the complicated interface. Updating the software. No call backs, no text nothing. My wife introduced me to MB years ago. Love the cars, the culture and the people, the family until now. I feel like the black sheep, second cousin. It makes me said. I will go to a different dealer and see if they will help me with 5 and 6. I did not use names, because everybody makes mistakes, but this is so consistent it must be a specific to this location or maybe I just got lemon treatment. Let me start by saying, I've been coming to this dealership for a number of years now. Unit this past Saturday I've only received exceptional service from the Services Department. This past Saturd dealership for a number of years now. Unit this past Saturday I've only received exceptional service from the Services Department. This past Saturday left a sour taste. I made an appointment and when I showed up 10 mins early the gentlemen when tried to check me in couldn't find me as being schedule. So, he went into the service department to find an adviser to help me. The gentleman was very nice. He came out with a printout of all the service and recall service my car received and try to send me on my way. I told him I have an appointment for an oil change. He then went back into the service department. I wanted for about 30 mins. I watched cars come and go. Then Cesar noticed me. He politely explained to me that I had an appointment but there was no service advisor assigned to me. Ten mins later a less than friendly persons came out to assist me. I felt like I was a bother to him. He displayed an attitude like he did not want to be there. I guess the look of displeasure on my face alarmed him, then his whole attitude changed. I just stayed calm and took mental notes. This is not the "WHITE GLOVE" service that I am used to by Mercedes-Benz of South Bay. I will think long and hard before I even think about bringing my business back. You can Henry in service for that. Your customers should not feel like they are not wanted. More
