Warranty repair of my Metris passenger van This is was my 2nd visit to MB Silver Springs and I was happy to learn that the previous service advisor was not there anymore. My new service advisor This is was my 2nd visit to MB Silver Springs and I was happy to learn that the previous service advisor was not there anymore. My new service advisor was Darrell Fenton - and Darrell is awesome. He's very helpful and keeps you informed. The service on my van proved tricky but the team took their time and got the issue solved - and when it took longer then expected I was offered a loaner car. More
