The sales man was very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about the car. I would have purchased a car with more options had I known they were available, but that information was not communicated to me. There's nothing worse than getting home in your new car to find out that some of the features you thought were included in the "package" you purchased, were actually not included. The Business Manager was rude. I felt like I was buying something from a bazaar. He kept pushing and pushing me to buy some of the dealer options, but when I continually refused, he got annoyed and became rude. More

My experience with Herb Gordon dealership started with an online inquiry. Martin McIntosh was the first peron to respond. His no pressure technique worked, as I'm not an impulsive person. Wow! Working with Marcelo Via at Herb Gordon Mercedes was a pleasure. I was looking for a certified pre-owned model and if the right color combination had been on the lot I would have bought. As it turned o a pleasure. I was looking for a certified pre-owned model and if the right color combination had been on the lot I would have bought. As it turned out, Marcelo had me take a car that I was waffling about home to better decide if the color was going to be a show stopper. When I returned the next day and told him I just didn't like the color combination, there was no pressure, only a promise to keep looking and stay in touch...which he did. I ended up going with another model car, but will definitely refer my friends to Marcelo if they're in the market for a Mercedes, and of course, will return myself. Thanks for a great experience! My Wife and I were concidering an ML350 and worked with all the local area MB dealers for over two months. However, Kumar with Herb Gordan Auto Group came out on top. Because he had the best customer service skills, friendliness, knowledge of the vehicles, etc., we decided to purchase from him. The first time we meant him was when he drove across town to pick my wife and I up to take us to the dealership. Between he and his sales manager Steve, we had THE BEST new car buying experience to date (this is our forth new car). We are fans for life with Kumar and Herb Gordon Auto Group! More

Buyers please be aware of the false promises this dealership might make just to sell you the car. =============================== Hello Steve, I'd be happy to share some feedback on the site you mention in your email below but at this point I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with post-sales service from your staff. When we bought our C300 car through Kumar a month back he had agreed to a couple of things as part of the sale: 1. Free oil changes 2. Include all-weather mats The all-weather mats weren't in stock at the time of the transaction so Kumar said that he was going to be mailing them to us as soon as they came in. With regards to the Oil Changes he had mentioned that we should be getting something stating that in the mail as well. To top all of this we noticed and extra charge of almost $800 on our final sale price (granted that its our fault for not catching it before we signed the papers) but we don't remember signing up for any services which would amount to something like that and if we did I'd like to see a copy of that paperwork as I cant find it it the copies that we got from Aida. I called Kumar about this issue the very next day after the sale and he told me that Aida had added something that covered us for 3 years of service (i.e. we would not need to pay a penny out of our pocket for the next 3 years). I have talked to him repeatedly ever since about the mats and the paperwork for the services mentioned above and I'm yet to receive anything in the mail. We bought the car on 3/31 and its almost 4 weeks now. While I appreciate Kumar's courtesy on every call I'm just not seeing him deliver on his promises. I'd expect nothing less than world-class service from a dealer of a world-class automobile but I'm sorry to say that my experience so far has been less than stellar. I would expect that a Mercedes Benz dealership would want to forge long term relationships with its customers to foster repeat and referral business.
