This dealership is great and working with Pedro Delgado was very easy. He was extremely attentive, highly knowledgeable, very up front about cost and services and gave me a great deal on my new E550 coupe. was very easy. I had been working with several other dealers and Pedro was by far the best (it wasn't even close). He did not pressure me into anything and he had top notch knowledge about the car which I cannot say about some of his competition. He even spent extra time with me after my purchase so that I understood all of the extra details related to the car and its various electronics. I would highly recommend Pedro to others looking for a new Mercedes. The only negative I have about the dealership is that their financing group is a little pushy (although this is probably universal) but other than that I had a great experience. More
After emails and phone calls we got the repeat customer deal as promised. We were very satisfied with our salesman and would consider going back in a few years to purchase another vehicle. Just bought a 2010 C63 AMG and I believe I got a very good deal. Mr. Kumar Malone was one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. My sale experience before I finally deciDed on tHE C63 spanned over two months. He never put any pressure on me to buy, and was very instrumental in assisting me in researching information about the car. He kept communicating with me by e-mial until I was convinced that I am ready to make the final decision. It was a tough decision since I was split between teh 2010 BMW M3 and teh C63 AMG. This is my second car from Herb Gordon in Silver Spring, first being a 2007 GL450. Overall, I would give them perfect score for sales. However, my experience witheir service has not been good. They scrwewed up my GL 450 on the first service schedule and they hardly acknowledge it until R&H provided a copy of their service report to show what was wrong. Still they never called me to apologize or offer any concessions. More

I don't know if I could have gotten a better price anywhere else, but nothing compares to how I was treated at Herb Gordon Mercedes Benz. The manager and staff approach me to shake hands and make sure that I was treated good. I don't think I could get used to anything less, since I bought my first 190E many years ago, and of course the mercedes is my favorite car. I purchased a new E350 and am totally satisfied. The purchase process was as effortless as anything I've e ever experienced (even in past with Herb Gordan). After approximatley 16 years and 4 cars purchased, I can never see me going anywhere else! Keep up the good work. I must say you have come a long way in customer service 100%. I lived in Pennsylvania, However, I can to Herb Gordon for a Mercedes Benz. More

The service team treats us like royalty, I don't think I could get used to anything less, since we bought our first 190E many years ago, and of course the mercedes is our favorite car. We just purchased a new ML350 and are totally satisfied. The purchase process is as effortless as anything we've ever experienced. I brought my Mercedes C280 1999 to this serivice center because of a clicking sound which I believed it was from the axle. My car has an aftermarket warranty so I wanted to know if there is any problem wit because of a clicking sound which I believed it was from the axle. My car has an aftermarket warranty so I wanted to know if there is any problem with the axle, I fix it so it doesn't lead to a bigger and expensive problem. They said, if I only want to know whats wrong with the car, I should pay 122$. but if I bring it in for service, there won't be any charge. car had also a very little rubber sound from steering. after half a day, their mechanic called me, told me that the sound appears to be from the transmission and asked my permission to tear down mt transmission. I told him no because if he would do that, my warranty company consider that as start fixing without informing them and they wouldn't pay a dime. so I didn't give him permission to go further. They charged me 122$ plus 20$ for hazmat!!!! and their diagnosis was : 1. The sound appears to be from transmission, owner didn't agree to do further diagnosis 2. steering shock is bad, the sound of rubber if from steering shock and Balljoints and shift rod end bushing was bad too. so I bought parts and bring them to a Mercedes specilis "Fred Pulliam" In Silver Spring. People were talking highly of him and his prices were very reasonable and good. 1. After changing balljoints and shifer bushing, the sound was still there 2. After changing steering shick the sound of rubber was still there I asked fred to diagnos the sound, his associate, Mike, immediately diagnosed it. put the car on the jack and showed me the origin of the sound! It was not from transmission, it was as I thought before, from axle and he said that the sound is absolutely normal. Shaft has to play a little in its place and there is nothing wrong with the transmission or axle and thank god that I didn't let Herb Gordon tear down my transmission for nothing! About the rubber sound from steering, he immediately dignosed that too. it was nithing, he lubricated the area and sound simply dissapeared. I'm extremely dissatisfy with herb gordon service and I will never, ever bring my car there again. More
