I had been a Lexus owner for 8 years, and now I have officially transformed over to a Mercedes owner and will not look back. 1/4/2012... I left a tire that needed repair... I gave them my name and they said it is not in the system which is hard to believe since I have a ML, SLK, and 2 c230's,.. I was asked do you want to wait a them my name and they said it is not in the system which is hard to believe since I have a ML, SLK, and 2 c230's,.. I was asked do you want to wait and I said I would be back in 30 mins... I came back later that afternoon and the tire was not ready... I went back the next day and then I was asked do you have the vin number, no... had to drive back home to get the registration gave if to the individual and then he says, you are in the system... after another 20 mins and 85.59 I had the tire... BAD SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED >>> should have went to a local tire place.. SILVER SPRING LOCATION... THUMBS DOWN... More

The 2012 that I purchased had mechanical problem from day two (49 miles). After taking it back three times I was told that it was a "relief valve" for the exhaust system that was causing the "Check Engine" two (49 miles). After taking it back three times I was told that it was a "relief valve" for the exhaust system that was causing the "Check Engine" light to come on while driving. The part is not available in the USA and is on backorder in Germany (Don't think it is available there either). This not the usual experience with this dealer. I have purchased a total of three new vehicles and this is the first one that I had a problem with from the start. Hopefully the new part will correct the situation and not have anymore problems. Even though I had the problem would still recommend this dealership to friends. More
