I even went to one car dealership & the car wasn't even on the lot! Can you imagine? What a waste of time and gas! I responded to an internet ad at Herb Gordon-Mercedes Benz. I received a phone call from the Sales Representative, Kody Wood, who scheduled an appointment for me to come in to look at the car. Next, I met the Sales Manager, Ray Goodarzi, and then the Business Manager, Aida Duncan. What a team of professionals! They were all very professional, patient (not pushy), and knowledgeable. They gave me an excellent deal! Kody even offered to pick me up & take me to pick up the car, even though I was close to 50 minutes away. Ray & Aida took care of all the business aspects & had everything ready to go, including new tags & registration - what service! Words cannot express how thoroughly pleased I was with the service from this team. I highly recommend this dealership. I'll definitely return to purchase cars in the future. His service was so outstanding I recommended my brother to deal with Mr. Wood so both of us have a new Mercedes. This is my second Mercedes from Herb Gordon and I have to say the professionalism shown is worth spreading the word. The service advisors are corteous and will answer your concerns fairly quickly.
