I had a fabulous exprience purchasing a new vehicle from Herb Gordon Mercedes-Benz. The day that I purchased my vehicle I was misinformed of the hours of operation. When I had showed up to the dealer, there were only a few staff available that were in the process of going home. The manager as well as Martin McKintosh were willing to stay to assist me in finding a vehicle that met my standards and beyond. When I found "the vehicle", I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to drive my vehicle that day; however, Mr. Mckintosh, as well as the manager, were able to pull some strings and gather a team of employees that were able to get on the road in my new SUV!!!! I felt like I was VIP. Since the purchase of my vehicle, I feel as though I gained a new family with Herb Gordon Mercedes-Benz. The staff would send me e-mails and call to check on how's everything going with my vehicle. To sum it all up, I am very pleased with the decision that I made, although it was quite unexpected due to the fact that I was not interested in a purchasing a vehicle because I was not ready for car payments;due to some unforseen circumtances, I had to take a leap of faith. Each night as I go to bed, i thank God for this blessing and allowing me to work with such an awesome team of people who greatly influenced this fantastic decision that I made. Looking for an inexpensive "run around car." We quickly determined that because of prior experience w/Mercedes & Herb Gordon (D. Minerve) we would check on what they had to offer. We did our homrwork and shopped the internet looking for the specific color/features we wanted in an ML350. We also compared prices. We visited a total of four Mercedes dealers, and looked at lots of cars o the specific color/features we wanted in an ML350. We also compared prices. We visited a total of four Mercedes dealers, and looked at lots of cars online too. All four dealerships were helpful and patient. When we contacted Martin McIntosh at Herb Gordon he e-mailed to us with additional details. We negotiated a price on the phone and drove the three hours to close the deal. All the paperwork was ready and Martin gave us a detailed introduction to the car. Aida Duncan, did a fantastic job with the paperwork and although we had arrived with a pre-approved loan from another organization, she advised us of a better offer from Mercedes that saved us 1.25% over what we had in hand -- amazing! Martin gave us some additional help with the electronics and we were on our way. Later, when I had a minor question about the electronics he even drove to where I was long after closing hours to assist. So they did a great job in facilitating the transaction and making it easy. We'd be glad to recommend Martin and Aida to other car shoppers and return ourselves when the time comes. And BTW, our ML350 is comfortable and quiet.
