I was surprised at how trustworthy and committed the salesman(Pedro) was. Pedro treated me as if I was his only costumer- promptly replying to all my emails and phone calls, explaining every detail of the car when I arrived, and consistently ensuring my happiness; I felt very comfortable and confidant that he was doing everything he could to get me in my 1st Benz! My overall experience at this dealership was exceptional! Everyone was so nice; my buying experience was definitely better than the skeptics lead me to believe. My kids and wife were extremely satisfied with the level of service we received today February 4th from both Julian and Ayda Duncun who went above and beyond to provide us with legendary service. This is our first Mercedes but based on the service we received, we may be returning soon for the second... P.S.
