Pedro Delgado made me feel like I was his only customer. I contacted him about two months ago when I was just thinking about trading my Lexus. He was so patient. He allowed me to make up my mind without any pressure. That impressed me so much, that I had to contact him when I was ready to make a purchase. He took so much time explaining all the features on the car and setting up everything, that all I had to do was drive off. I walked into the dealership and was greeted very well, all the employees had a smile on their faces and was willing to answer any questions.
