Jai Jennings checked me in and immediately addressed all of my concerns and assured me that I would be well taken care of and my car was in good hands. He did not disappoint! Not only did he make sure a thorough diagnostic was conducted, he went over it with me in detail and provided me with recommendations on the service my car needed. He helped me prioritize what services my car needed as well as the best way to make sure my car was well maintained. He communicated with me on the status of my car through out the day via their text feature which was great and alleviated the stress of me missing his call and any services being delayed because we were playing phone tag (I've experienced this SO many times at other dealerships). He also made sure I had a loaner car to get to work so I didn't have to be in the waiting room ALL day. I can not say enough about the impeccable service I received and continue to receive every time I go to Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring.
