This is my third time leasing with this dealer. I have had Lovence as my Saleman during all of these process and the staff is very friendly. My lease vehicles are always off the showroom. I had visited two other dealerships .One was Ellicott City , Maryland .I had been so disappointed from that experience that I walked out of the dealership on Route 40 Ellicott City ,Maryland . I was pleasantly surprised with the warm greeting from everyone . I also had gone to the dealership on Route 113 in Salisbury,MD. and was also greeted with warmth , but not like Briggs Chaney in Silverspring .I was called by the sales person and he left a message (" if I had made up my mind ( no pressure) I had previously explained that I was shopping -looking for a good buy .I called the Sales Rep and left a message at the Silverspring dealership. He had left a pleasant experience .I returned . All the sales personnel were pleasant assuring that I was comfortable . I was shown the colors that I had asked to see. My purchase was painless. I didnt have to wear temp(paper) tags.I drove away and was told that my old vehicle was ok until Icould later return with a second driver .Even though I had purchase the lower priced Mercedes they treated as though I had purchased the most expensive vehicle on the lot . More
