The experience was professional, timely, knowledgeable I bought my vehicle here and have had it serviced here for the past two years. My experiences are always superb. The customer care is excellent. They find every way to save money while making sure that the vehicle is in tip top performance. In one instance, my tire had a nail in it and my service representative Mr. Jerrod Dunham went over and beyond to find the warranties and send pictures, etc so that in the end I paid NOTHING. NO CHARGE!! With this free of charge service, I was still treated as if I were paying full service and then some. Everyone is wonderful. Mr. Louis Pradel helped me today to identify why my service engine light was on. He found ways to get the best deals while getting my vehicle out of the danger zone (thermostat, brakes, tires, etc. replacements). More

Pre-Owned Sales I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicile they had listed for sale. I called the dealership to confirm the availability. Spoke the one of the sales I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicile they had listed for sale. I called the dealership to confirm the availability. Spoke the one of the salesman, said it was being listed at the BMW dealership in their complex; however, it was avaliable for sale and he woud be open to show it. I confirmed that I could see it within the hour. After asking when I could see it, we confirm a date and time and he said he would drive the vehcile back to the MB dealership for me to view. He send me an appointment remminder via e-mail I spent over an hour driving from Arlington to Silver Spring in rush hour traffic. The salesman later confirmed that he had the vehicle in his posession and was avaliable for sale while en route. As I approached the dealership, he called me and said the vehcile was sold. Shocked, I drove to into the lot, met with the salesman in person and said another salesman had sold the car after another customer saw it sitting on the lot. Now I understand business is business; but the only reason the car was on this particular lot was it was brought over to be shown to me, and there was a clear lack of communcation with sales people at their dealership. After the salesman expressing regret, I was even more upset after meeting with their sales manager who concluded, "we don't hold cars." with the body language of indfference and never making eye contact with me as he was too busy to addrress me as he had other things to take care of. It was not a question about holding a car, it was about calling me up and letting me know that another person was interested in the vehcile and giving me an opporutnity after I invested time to come, it was about showing some regret in a lack of protocol. At the end the day, since I havent been a previous customer, I walked out of their dealership without any sincere apology. I will never purchase or recommend any of my friends and clients to purchase from this dealership, in fact; I will purposefully go out of my way to make this point! I would rather walk 1000 miles barefoot on hot molten asphalt than to get into a vehcile sold by their dealership! More
Custimer Service Needs Improvement I visited the dealership on Sunday May 31 to view GL450. I previusly purchase an E500 a few years ago along with other family purchase of ML350 and CL I visited the dealership on Sunday May 31 to view GL450. I previusly purchase an E500 a few years ago along with other family purchase of ML350 and CLS500 in 2006. During my sales transaction process and inquiry the sales associate made comments such as people don't have problems showing us there bank statements, surprise because I do not participate in online banking, and sarcastic. The. Manager at the time did not make us feel welcome and my experience in comparison to 2006 at this dealership to now is horrible. I understood the need to see documents because of exporting but the sales person comment, you should be excited to be purchasing a Mercedes and my observation of other staff was disappointing. Luckily, Commomwealth Credit Union representative spoke about alexandria Mercedes and my experience this evening was professional and earned my business. I will not refer patients, family, or friends to Mercedes Benz of silver spring anymore. More
