Too expensive and very disappointed. The vehicle just has very minor problems (the engine light on a little and off when I deliver the truck). I just want to make sure there will be no bi The vehicle just has very minor problems (the engine light on a little and off when I deliver the truck). I just want to make sure there will be no big issues of the truck. But they charged me $250 for checking and told me just the DEF too low. But need to charge $250ish. Crazy. I wont recommend this shop to anybody because of cheating us as we don't know anything. More

Despite coming in with a lower budget than what I assume John usually works with, he made me feel like I was his number 1 customer. He was full of information and knowledge and very willing to share what he knows with me, which I really appreciated. Since I bought my car, John has checked in with me to ensure I am happy with my car and I am! Thanks to John and everybody at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle for the great experience buying my new car. Rip off Was in for a diagnostic (engine leak) I looked after they checked, nothing was wiped or even touched.
