Our purchase experience at Phoenix Motor Company was very positive. Everyone who worked at the dealership we came in contact with were very professional...you can definitely feel a sense of pride and teamwor positive. The entire process, starting with the "test drive" only took 3 hours, a record for us! I was expecting to be at the dealership a lot longer than 3 hours if we decided to buy that day...Greg Ring was very helpful and took the time to show us the features of a very nice CPO C300 Sport. I am so glad we went out of our way to drive to West Indian School road to test drive a Mercedes, it was so worth it! More
By far, the WORST dealership that I have ever dealt with in my 63 years and having owned over 25 new cars. Salespeople and Manager not pleasant to do business with (more of an "I do not care attitude.") T in my 63 years and having owned over 25 new cars. Salespeople and Manager not pleasant to do business with (more of an "I do not care attitude.") This was shown after I had delivery of my car several times. Service department not good at all. When I said that my brakes squeek, I was told to read the manual since it says that they tend to squeek (I was told this twice.) After spending over $100,000.- for a car (2011 SL 550) I really do not want to hear this. When I brought my car in for service, the salesman who sold me the car never came over to say hello- VERY unfriendly. With 4000 miles on my car, I traded it in for another luxury car and explained to the dealership of my experiences with Phoenix Motors. People need to be aware of the totally unprofessionalism that is displayed here. More
Bojan was recommended to me by the friend, and I am very glad that I took friends advice. By far the best car buying experience I ever had or heard about. I am the person that don't like to mess around about the price when I find the car that I like. I did not expect anything different than before from Phoenix Motor Co., but I was very surprised. Bojan was going out of his way to show me the car, and how everything works. I never thought that there is so much to know about a car. Bottom line is that this is the best buying experience, and I will for sure talk to Bojan for my next purchase. I recommend Bojan to all my friends. They will thank me later. Ben C. More

He was so kind and understanding and because I knew what I wanted, but not how I was going to get it, he walked me right through it in minutes. I knew this was the person I was going to buy my car from. He came through on all of the promises and kept me updated on where my car was at all times. It was so quick and easy once it arrived, it honestly felt like I was buying a pair of shoes! That simple. In the world we live in today, rarely do you come across such an honest, humble, generous person, like Tino and his staff. I am so grateful for all he did for my kids and I. I finally feel safe, a little bit fancy :), but most of all at peace. This was a journey I will remember for a lifetime and I will never ever buy a car from anyone else. The folks at Phoenix Motor Company made my experience of buying my first Mercedes a great one. Like the cars they sell PMC staff provided "World Class" Service. Bruce who greeted me when I arrived was frien buying my first Mercedes a great one. Like the cars they sell PMC staff provided "World Class" Service. Bruce who greeted me when I arrived was friendly and knowledgeable - not pushy or pretentious. Roger who sold me my car was interested in me and the car best suited to my needs. He was professional and courteous - he also knew his product line. Roger made the experience of buying from their dealership very enjoyable. Even their finance department was pleasant to work with. The folks at PMC are definitely one big happy family and it makes me feel good to buy from them. I know I will be a loyal PMC customer for years to come. I came into the dealership late one evening with the desire to trade in my car for a MERCEDES-BENZ. Three years earlier, I had come in and talked with Greg and he was kind enough to stay in touch with desire to trade in my car for a MERCEDES-BENZ. Three years earlier, I had come in and talked with Greg and he was kind enough to stay in touch with me over those three years. We looked at several different models and when I saw the used SL550 in Aegean Blue, I knew that was the car for me. Greg worked out as good a deal as he could and I drove it home that evening. As I discover how to use the various features on it, I grow to love the car more each day. I brought the car back a week later to have some minor things fixed and now I feel as if I were destined to own this fantastic vehicle. At this point in time I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership, Gregory Ring and my service advisor Stacey Moore. Thank you for your dedication, honesty, kindness and competence.
