My wife and I were in the market for a GLK350. After shopping online, I fell in love with the Barolo Red, but was bummed to see they were not putting that color on new cars. After a little more research, I found a 2010 CPO at PMC. My wife and I stopped in on the blue, told the salesman the exact vehicle we wanted to see and he had it pulled around. We test drove it and decided to sleep on it. The next day we came in to do the negotiating. We were trading in a vehicle that we owed on and I knew it was going to be annoying to negotiate. After a little back and forth we got what we felt was appropriate on the trade AND the new GLK. Our only real complaint about the purchasing process was the lack of child area to occupy our kids while we signed papers. My biggest compliment to PMC has been on their Service Department. I have had to bring in my GLK a couple of times and Gordon Payne and Robert Wolf have always been a pleasure to work with. They also make it a breeze to get a loaner vehicle and get back on with my day. Whenever I hear someone remark about the upkeep on a Mercedes I am always quick to counter that the service is 2nd to none. More
Worked with Tino for almost a year in looking for a Certified ML, not a "starter Benz from Camelback". Traded in my R class. I bought this car in Jan of 2013, yes 2013 been in 13-14 times. Total of 4 m Certified ML, not a "starter Benz from Camelback". Traded in my R class. I bought this car in Jan of 2013, yes 2013 been in 13-14 times. Total of 4 months in the service department and ever time something is fixed, I leave with a new problem. Sometimes I don't even make it out of the service garage. Major electrical repairs have been done, along with numerous little repairs. They sold it to me without a working seat belt latch, handle working, moon-roof not closing, embrace not working. I have been in contact with MB corporate, who has stated that it is the responsibility of the dealership, since it was bought as a Certified car. It has been through 2 certification inspections, the last one, was one of those times I did NOT leave the garage, my driver power seat did NOT work at all, this was after its second Certification inspection. MB Corporate gave me a 2 year extension of my CPO warranty and another time gave me a maintenance agreement, I did NOT want these. We wanted the car replaced, then we wanted it bought back. Phoenix Motor Company did NOT offer these things, Corporate did. We bought the car cause we were moving to Iowa. Everyone knows this at Phoenix Motor Company. We have been in Iowa 2 1/2 weeks, The car has been sitting in Iowa Mercedes service for 5 days now, with a 9 item list. 3 weeks ago it was in Phoenix Motor service garage. I sit with no car now, for loaner cars ARE NOT provided, outside of the dealer you bought the car from, Phoenix Motor Company advised us differently. In other words I HAVE TO PAY for a rental car now too. I was told by Tino that it is not in the company's interest to buy it back or replace it, for it would cost them to much money, I was welcome to write a check for the difference, however. They want to treat this as a new deal, meaning auction price for the car they just sold me at retail. We are appalled and horrified by our experience. We are still waiting to see what they will do. We call every day now and leave messages for all managers and even the owner. We have even gone to Channel 3 news, who even called them. Next we think we may have to hire a lawyer, we have spoken with a few. I can not tell you how much emotional toll this has taken on my household and now getting settled in a new city, with no car, unless I pay for this too. So in 5 months we have driven the car less than 2500 miles, 1700 of those was to drive it to Iowa. It has sat in service for 4 months and all of this is acceptable by Phoenix Motor Car Company. UPDATE: I was given four reasons by a manager as to why they will NOT help me now. 1) Because they say they paid $2000 for an extending my warranty. (MB corp says they paid) 2) Because it would require the dealership to take a huge loss of money. (Mind you when I mentioned numbers, the manager said he had NOT looked at the finical paper work ) 3) Because Mercedes Corporate built the car and they should take care of this issue. 4) (This was his second excuse) Because I went to Yelp and wrote a review that gives them bad publicly. (I also went Angies List and now I will write more ) My words are all truth in fact. So I am still with out a car, not even a loaner. If I had kept the rental I would be spending close to $300.00, just to have it for a week. The rental was a Nissan Versa. More
This is my 3rd vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from PMC....the service each time has been absolutely perfect! He is not known as a salesperson to us...he's more of a friend that we see every 3 years or so! Our 6 year old daughter is also fond of him. He is honest and trustworthy and has the best interest of his customers, or at least us, at heart. He does follow up calls on every one of our purchases and always ask how the family is doing. We also purchased another vehicle from a different dealership and we could definitely tell the difference. PMC is truly an outstanding dealership! Orlando Cadiz in finance is just as personable as Greg and we truly appreciate the fact that as soon as he is ready with the ppwk, it literally takes less than 10 minutes to go through it. He is very efficient and improves the either buying process by being ready with the necessary ppwk. He does go thru page by page, what each document means and he ensures that we understand what we're getting ourselves into. A true professional without the pressure of upselling us potentially un-necessary add-on. Gordon, our service advisor is just a great person who is easy to deal with and makes sure that we understand we service is needed to our vehicle. Always accommodating to our service needs. The service bays/area are always clean and the staff is friendly. I recommend Phoenix Motor Company to anyone in the market for a high end vehicle, you will not be disappointed. More

This was the best experience we have ever had in buying any new car. We had actually visited the dealer closer to our home (Schumacher) and found the attitude to be elitist and inflexible. The dealer acted as though they were doing us a favor and that we were lucky to be in their showroom. So we drove across town to Phoenix Motor Company and met Tino Ferrulli. We instantly felt that we could trust him. He was warm and accommodating and he made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We purchased the car that day right off the floor. We hadn't planned to buy the car that day, we were just looking. But it "felt right." All of our questions were answered and even though we probably stayed past closing time, we never had a sense that we were being rushed. NOTHING was too much trouble for Tino and his team. We could have driven it home that night but chose to leave the car for a special coating to be applied to the windows. When we came back to pick it up, Anita Agnerian went over all the systems with us, programmed the radio with our favorite stations, set up the cell phone interface for us and ensured that we were happy and comfortable with everything before we drove away. Even though this dealership is many miles away from our home we will certainly buy our next car there. Having peace of mind that we can trust the dealer is worth more to us than anything else when buying a new car. More
