Outstanding Service! Dear Mr. Lemoine, Last week I was in Scottsdale visiting my son and daughter when the right front strut broke on my S550, causing it to sag severe Dear Mr. Lemoine, Last week I was in Scottsdale visiting my son and daughter when the right front strut broke on my S550, causing it to sag severely in the front. Not sure whether I could drive it that way, much less get home to Palm Springs, California, I called your dealership for assistance. Fortunately, Steve Kwasny answered the phone and immediately turned my concern into relief. After asking a few questions, he calmly assured me that it was okay to drive the car, and that I could bring it in immediately. Once there, he was able to work me into the schedule and also provide a loaner car. This was especially important because I was in town to deal with a serious family issue and did not have time to spend the afternoon in your waiting room. So, 40 minutes after the strut broke, I was driving away – back in business! Later that afternoon, Steve called to let me know the strut was repaired, and I was able to pick up my fully functioning, clean S550. This allowed me to finish my business in Scottsdale that evening and still be back in Palm Springs by midnight. I was extremely grateful! I spent 16 years in Human Resources and know how important it is to give recognition to employees that are really good at their jobs. From start to finish, Steve provided outstanding customer service (even helping me move many items from my car to the loaner car), and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to deal with him. If all of your Service Advisors are as competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring as Steve, you will have a very successful service department! Please give my warmest regards to Steve. More

I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have been through many of them. Personally, I hate looking for a vehicle because salesmen tend to harass you and force you into decisions that you don't want but with Mercedes of Scottsdale, there was no pressure and they listened to what I had to say and what I was looking for. My wife and I just recently decided on a Mercedes, she originally wanted to get into a Landrover, Acura or BMW and I had emailed a few dealerships while away and I felt pressured through emails! To be honest when we decided on the C350 the plan was to visit a few dealerships to see who offered the better deal, well I never made it to the others. When I left Mercedes of Scottsdale after my first visit, I emailed my wife and told her that I felt very comfortable there and I that I felt comfortable with the people and when you get a feeling like that, you should stick with it. I know they have been in the business but there should be more dealerships like them because nothing is worse than someone harassing and pressuring you into buying a vehicle and when that happens I just walk away. They also had an assistant come pick me up because I was unable to find a ride, which I thought was exceptional! More

I recently moved to Tucson from the East Coast and discovered that the overall experience with Mercedes service was just plain better in all regards except perhaps knowledge. In Tucson, I dealt exclusively with a wonderful service agent named Tina Griffiths. Then I moved the Scottsdale, had a small problem and went to the brand new and truly beautiful Mercedes center there. To my extreme delight, I found that Tina Griffiths was now at the is new facility, and again, provided me with an unprecedented level of service and support. From a dead battery (service car sent to my home in a flash to replace the battery), to curb rash on my alloy wheels, to a major leak of which I was unaware, she took care of each issue with the same speed and attention to detail. I cannot praise Tina or this dealership highly enough. It is, hands down, the best Mercedes service that I've ever enjoyed (some of it on the East Coast was actually abysmal to abusive). I am a truly grateful customer. I would never go anywhere else. More

Never Going Back To Schumacher For as many reasons I did not want to ever work with Scumacher Mercedes Benz, I found just as many for wanting to work with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdal For as many reasons I did not want to ever work with Scumacher Mercedes Benz, I found just as many for wanting to work with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. My first experience with MB of Scottsdale required them making a service call on my car. I had run over a bolt and my tire was shredded. I called in to see if I could have someone change my tire. The service associate was there in less then 20 minutes. Tire was changed which allowed me to take the car in to be serviced. As I pulled into the service area of MB of Scottsdale, Tina Griffith was already outside waiting for me. I was so impressed that they saw me coming and were ready to help. By the way, the car I mentioned above with the flat had been purchased at Schumacher. Tina did not even blink an eye where I bought it. Her goal was to meet my needs for servicing the vehicle and make the process painless. She exceeded all of my expectations. I had a loaner in 20 minutes and my car was scheduled to be ready by noon the next day. No surprise, my car was ready(and washed) on time. I was so impressed with the operation that I bought an SL550 the next day from MB of Scottsdale. Always wanted a two seater for the weekends. Again, the process went flawlessly, Tina has and continues to deliver a tremendous customer experience for me. I could not be happier. More
