I got my dream car thanks to Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale! I wasn't exactly sure what kind of car I wanted, but I knew I wanted a mid-size SUV. I looked at several different models (Porsche, BMW, LandRover, I I wasn't exactly sure what kind of car I wanted, but I knew I wanted a mid-size SUV. I looked at several different models (Porsche, BMW, LandRover, Infiniti, Lexus) until I found my new Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG. It's a gorgeous car with all the right bells and whistles. It was upstairs in the showroom, so I didn't think I'd be allowed to test drive it, especially after the bad experience I had at Land Rover of Scottsdale where I was told if I wanted a Range Rover Sport, I should order one and I could drive it when it came in several months later. It didn't matter how much I planned to spend, Land Rover refused to allow me to test drive a RR Sport despite the fact that they had one on their showroom floor. That certainly didn't happen at M-B of Scottsdale. Ron immediately asked if I wanted to test drive the AMG; he moved another car out of the way, took it off the showroom floor, through the back entrance/garage and off we went, no hesitation. Ron made the buying process easy and with a little negotiation over our trade-in BOOM, done deal! EVERYONE at M-B of Scottsdale was professional, courteous and accommodating. Every single person we had interaction with, starting with the receptionist, to Jacque the Hospitality Director, to the Parts Manager, to Mercedes in the Finance Department rates 5 Stars!! I had read reviews that this dealership was rated 5 Stars and I honestly found it difficult to believe because really, who rates a dealership 5 Stars? Well, it's true and I can personally attest to it. This is a 5 Star dealership from start to finish. More

I think the truest testament was evident when the purchase was actually complete. Most sales people would have been in a hurry to get to the next sale but Traci was more concerned with my level of comfort with the vehicle as well as insuring that she toured the vehicle with me. Want to talk about going above and beyond for a Mercedes customer, Traci was out there in the hot sun even trying to assist me with the transfer of my belongings from the trade in to the new vehicle! She worked tirelessly with myself and financing to insure we got the deal done-and my belief is that she was not concerned with a commission, she just wanted to be of service and help make someone happy. Well, I am indeed happy with my purchase and even happier that the experience of purchasing was so amazing. I have been compelled to tell everyone I know! I would also like to add an honorable mention to Renee in finance. As I watched these two work together it was odvious that "teamwork" was their montra---it felt a bit like "family". A major purchase of this nature can be stressful but these ladies made it fun and eliminated the stress of purchase. NO pressure, I made an offer (which was low and a great deal) and they accepted. Great selection of vehicles, better then anyone in the state. No games, no xx, just great service. When i arrived at dealer i felt comfortable and no stress or pressure. The finance department was great too! Very fast, offered products but didnt push or try to up sell. Great rate ! Smoothest car purchase ever. This is a new location for them, and the facilities are brand new, and very nice. As I was leaving with my 2015 s550, David a manager greeted and thanked me for the business. I usually dont do reviews, however I felt they went out of their way to make it a great experience. I will definitely be buying more cars here and anyone who asks me I will share this experience and refer them to scottsdale mb. Also, they offered to send a technician to my house to program the garage opener!! It really is the little things that add up to a great feeling at Scotts MB.
