I was so impressed by the professionalism of the service advisor that worked with me at Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. There was a huge warranty work that needed to be done on my car. So much that an inspector from the warranty company had to come in to look at the needed repairs. Joey Ramirez kept me up to date with each step of the process and provided information and reassurance. He provided me with a loaner so I had no down time and did not have to take time off from work. This is my second Mercedes Benz and I will never buy any other car or go to any other dealer for service. Thanks Joey! More
