Also I was pretty satisfied with the service since anytime I had an issue with the car I had no problem booking an appointment for fixing my car and sometimes they did not even charge for small stuff as well. I also wan to add that honesty and quality is really important and I think I am still Mercedes customer because I found that trust and comfort while dealing with their sales and customer service representative. Had a great selection of vehicles and trim packages of almost every model of european cars. All in great condition and mileage with services up to date on all cars. I had had issues with my credit for 5 years now but with excellent income for the past couple years and trying to rebuild credit like a lot of people today. I had trouble getting financing in the past that was even close to a fair interest rate and cost. It seems bad credit almost forces you to buy an overpriced, "cheap", car in all of its meaning. I was very pleased that CBB had a wide range of financing options and was able to get me the car i deserved with decent credit terms. They were not flexible with the retail prices at all, as they even made a mistake with the price on the car i wanted. They quoted $500 less than the price of the actual car by mistake due to a similar car and year on their lot. They wouldn't even honor the $500 mistake and made me pay full price. Mostly due to me not really having the option as i was lucky enough to get a car loan finally. No big deal as i am very happy and it was a fair price no matter what. I was more concerned with getting a new car loan on my credit. They had also told me the car had a couple options in it which i come to find out it did not. Oh well, i don't expect them to remember the option packages on 250 cars lol Warranty was expensive for the car compared to others i have seen but on a mercedes benz, a 100k mile, bumper to bumper warranty is worth the cars sales price alone!! lol All in all, i would definitely recommend CBB to anyone looking for a 1st owner, used car in great condition at a fair price. Quality was great and the sale came with a nice benefit package of extras and service coupons for later services, loaner car and oil changes.
