A Great Experience I was great to actually find the Mercedes that I wanted and did not have to deal with any hassles. Outstanding in every way Recently, I purchased a new 2015 at Mercedes of Scottsdale. The experience was excellent and I had absolutely the best car sales person that I have de Recently, I purchased a new 2015 at Mercedes of Scottsdale. The experience was excellent and I had absolutely the best car sales person that I have dealt with in my entire life and I am 62 years of age. The best thing about my dealing with them, they treat me like a prime customer and an individual. The worst thing that a sales person can do is to try to overly sell a car to me. I have a Ph.D. in Economics; so I am very knowledgeable about cars and the value proposition of purchasing a car. Given that I have purchased four new Mercedes, they know how to treat me with respect and dignity; and I reciprocate by dealing with them in good faith and we mutually respect each other. The experience at Mercedes of Scottsdale was outstanding in every way and I highly recommend anyone seeking to buy the best vehicle (Mercedes products) and to have a world class customer experience; then this is the place to go. Finally, the entire buying process was excellent (making the deal; the purchasing process; the financing of the car; preparing the car for pick-up; setting up the car for usage (blue-tooth set-up; garage door opener; service agreement; sirus set-up; car registration, etc.).
