I have to admit I was a little nervous buying such a pricey car We purchased a pre owned Jaguar XKR from Dinu and MB of Scottsdale over the internet. I have to admit I was a little nervous buying such a pricey car sight unseen from a person I didn't know. But after my first conversation with Dinu and a little research, all my concerns were out aside. Dinu was lightning fast on all communications and answered all of my questions. He also gave me a guarantee on my satisfaction of the car. It really was a great buying experience and I would not hesitate to use MB of Scottsdale and Dinu again to purchase a new or per owned vehicle. More

Now we know how to buy a car Dinu, I'm sorry to say, wasn't our first. We had been to a different Mercedes dealership in town where the salesperson had actually refused to show us Dinu, I'm sorry to say, wasn't our first. We had been to a different Mercedes dealership in town where the salesperson had actually refused to show us the CLA250 we had gone to see, instead showing us other cars they said we would "like better". It had almost put us off buying the car altogether. Five months later, I decided to just inquire online about the car from this dealership and Dinu replied. We exchanged emails during the week and went to see him on the weekend. He was entertaining and informative - didn't think we were crazy for wanting the car (or wanting it in purple aka "blue") and actually tried to convince us to leave and come back the next day after we had test driven and discussed the features we wanted. He laboriously went through multiple configurations with us until we decided on what we absolutely had to have, which was nearly impossible, of course. He was able to find us the exact car we wanted in California and, after a week or so, we were finally driving it into the sunset after spending a short time finalizing the paper work at the dealership and going through the car's features. Dinu was wonderful and everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and inviting every time we went there. And a special thanks to Gus for walking me through programming the garage door opener over the phone! More

From the first internet contact with Jonathan Musil to driving the car off the lot we have never been treated better by a class act group of professionals. We have visited many dealerships and bought many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. First Class & No Pressure We met Dinu after my wife and I saw a GLK online that we wanted to test drive. He was incredibly helpful and informative and was mindful of the budge We met Dinu after my wife and I saw a GLK online that we wanted to test drive. He was incredibly helpful and informative and was mindful of the budget that we had set. After learning more about what we were interested in he showed us a GLA and advised us NOT to buy a car that day since it seemed we needed more time to think. After other dealers sending in higher pressure sales people one after the other and actually getting mad at us for not deciding to buy their car, this was a welcome difference! We came back and drove the GLA and loved it. Then we went to BMW to drive an X1. The shopping experience there didn't even come close to what we experienced at Mercedes and the quality of the car was significantly lower and the price was higher. So, back to Dinu who had been very communicative via email responding to all requests including clearly laying out the costs of the car purchase. This was a welcome change over the secret negotiation process of other dealers where they scratch out numbers, run to a superior in the back, come out with new numbers, and repeat over and over 'what's it gonna take to get you into this new car today?'. So, from first introduction to multiple emails and several visits back Dinu was friendly and low pressure. Keep in mind, we bought about the least expensive Mercedes you can own at a significant discount. So, he wasn't getting rich off of this sale by any stretch, but he treated us like we were buying a much more expensive car. Finally, he handed us off to their finance officer, Mercedes, who was super friendly. She didn't try to sell us a bunch of add ons, but just answered questions about the service agreement and extended warranty. Again, a totally different buying experience from start to finish. I would recommend anyone interested in a high quality car and a first class low pressure buying experience to call or go visit with Dinu. He's just a good guy. More
