I have always had a positive experience at the Sarasota Mercedes dealership service center. My appointments are easy to schedule. Horrible Service Center experience- they damaged my car and then said they did not do it. Dropped off the car and heard nothing from the dealership for several days. Had to call them any time I wanted an u and then said they did not do it. Dropped off the car and heard nothing from the dealership for several days. Had to call them any time I wanted an update. A chip was needed which took time. Understandable, but I had no communication from the service center. I was not offered a loaner car although I did not ask for one. The car stayed there for more than 2 weeks. When I picked up the car, the leather seat was torn and the door was smudged with dirt. I asked them to fix the tear and first said they would pay half and then when questioned further said they did not tear it- essentially accusing me of lying. More

I took my car to do regular maintenance, rotate the tire. The service was terrible, they change the tires but did not check tire pressure.
