I was disappointed that once again there was a dash message indicating a problem. However, I was pleased that the part - from Germany - arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Lisa was most helpful and made the process as easy as possible, and a service employee - didn't get a name unfortunately - went out of his way to rewash my car. I was impressed and these individuals reflect well on the dealership. More
