Steven, my service advisor was professional, polite and very accommodating. He arranged for a loaner, because we thought the service was going to take 3 to 4 hours. We went & did what we needed to do, returned to the dealership and let Steven know we were back & so was the loaner. Lady B was ready in 2 hours. I would recommend everyone buy a vehicle from Tucker, Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota, and have that vehicle serviced there as well with Steven. More
I purchased a vehicle here six months ago and just had my first follow up appointment. Andrew was excellent in helping me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and really listened to my comments. He made first follow up appointment. Andrew was excellent in helping me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and really listened to my comments. He made sure everything was perfect with my car before I left, including helping me with a few questions on using my nav system. The wait flew by in such a nice waiting room and the young lady overseeing it was kind and helpful as well. Overall an excellent experience and yes I love my car. More

Fast service, friendly team, and willingness to accommodate with either shuttle service or loaner car is really appreciated. The only thing I don’t like is the high cost of service which, for just accommodate with either shuttle service or loaner car is really appreciated. The only thing I don’t like is the high cost of service which, for just an annual vehicle check with no issues, shouldn’t run close to $1000. I realize Mercedes dealerships charge more than private service shops, but that reputation for cost differential doesn’t always mean better service. Dealerships in general need to adjust their pricing to be more cost competitive else they will always run the risk of losing customers. And in hopes of selling a customer’s vehicle as used, wouldn’t it be to your advantage of keeping that service in house, and you also know exactly what’s been done to it? Rethink service cost. More
