By the way, German Auto Services said for 2k they could replace the engine rebuilt, his quote was 22k plus a b.s. quote brakes for 5k. the most dangerous people on the planet are so nice they have perfected caring about people as a weapon, do not trust them. the best liars EVER!!!!! Thank God I don't need this vehicle or money because I spend 9mos of the year in ASIA but these are some serious criminals if you are hard-pressed for money which they thought I was. you would be in real trouble. In early December i was alerted by a knowledgeable friend that my front tires were dangerously in need of replacemen Department has been excellent. He urged me to be in touch with Steven Appolloni which I did...He was able to fit me into the service department at a busy time of year. i had new front tires and a multi-point inspection. I left extremely satisfied. I just had another follow-up on Saturday, May 4 with Michael Bodmer as I had intermittent issues with steering wheel freezing up, validated by a msg on dashboard screen, stating "DO NOT DRIVE"! Michael was very professional as well, did some computer adjustments and hopefully solved this issue knowing it was a significant worry for me. Thanks to both Steve Appolloni and to Michael Bodmer. Steven, my service advisor was professional, polite and very accommodating. He arranged for a loaner, because we thought the service was going to take 3 to 4 hours.
