We live in Port Charlotte, about an hr away, so we've tried the indy mechanic route since who wants to drive an hour +, right? I do now. The level of service is unmatched, I was blown away by how acco tried the indy mechanic route since who wants to drive an hour +, right? I do now. The level of service is unmatched, I was blown away by how accommodating they were. Plus they have a 2 YEAR warranty on the work they do (parts and labor). Lastly, their knowledge of a Mercedes is head and shoulders above the rest. If you're going to spend the money to drive a Mercedes, trust me it's cheaper, in the long run, to bring it to folks like these who will keep it in top form for many miles. More

You may not like what I am about to write but here goes anyway. I have been bringing my car into this dealership since 2015. It has been frustrating on a consistent basis. Contacting the dealership by phone is consistently a lengthy process with long waits before pick-up if at all. Speaking to my assigned service adviser is very difficult with virtually no call-back after requesting one with dealership operator. My last visit yesterday with Randi Doyle was very difficult. I was expecting advice/recommendations on service issues and instead was met with dismissal and aloofness. My main frustration is with initial contact process into dealership regarding questions about service needs, how long car will be in shop, pricing, etc. More
