The A service on this vehicle should have taken a couple of hours. Instead, the dealer could not perform this service in a full day (brought the car in for a 10 AM appointment). Yes, I had a loaner, but it was still inconvenient to have an A service take two days, especially since the appointment was made weeks in advance, and I had planned for the car to be ready in a few hours. Christopher Robinson, my service advisor, is incredible. First he cares and listens, he never tries to rushes a client or be dismissive. It amazes me that he has such positive energy and truly appears to LOVE his job. MB of Sarasota hopefully appreciates how he is a true ambassador and represents the dealership with such character, professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Once again MB of Sarasota came through with flying colors and proved to be the exception. I had a small warranty issue with my '22 MB I purchased from them in March. I scheduled a service appointment with Ch and proved to be the exception. I had a small warranty issue with my '22 MB I purchased from them in March. I scheduled a service appointment with Chris Robinson to assess the issue and returned a few days later when the new part came in. I was in and out in a few hours but enjoyed the convenient amenities including coffee while working on my computer. It actually was an enjoyable experience but the most valuable part was, once again, they did not BS me before, during, or after the scheduled work and performed above and beyond my expectations. I picked up my car, which had been washed and dried, and left in a really good mood. Thanks Chris. I would have tipped the mechanic who performed the replacement and person who washed my car if I could. More
