I really do not have any complaints, though I suffered from sticker shock when I retrieved the car. I drove a 2012 S550 which I really enjoyed and the 2014 ML550 is a 'new for me' SUV/light truck and I l from sticker shock when I retrieved the car. I am equally happy for the A1 service both vehicles have received at M-B Sarasota and Randi is the best service writer in my experience. Please increase Randi's pay appropriately as she is a true gem for the dealership. More
