Booked almost 3 months out, asked to have the price for service A and they did not know and was suppose to have someone call me with price. Never got the call and found out how expensive that package is on service A and they did not know and was suppose to have someone call me with price. Never got the call and found out how expensive that package is once there. Then had the good old add on service while there, because if I change my own air filter they won't warranty anything due to the air intake system. And they don't do service on the weekend to my vehicle that I use to work out of doing sales, I did not have for a day so lost lots of sales. Person that helped me when I was there was nice and all but some things need to change! More

The process for getting a loaner car while routine service is being performed is terrible. First you have to "book" the appointment a month in advance if you want a loaner. Next. I stood in line (#3 service is being performed is terrible. First you have to "book" the appointment a month in advance if you want a loaner. Next. I stood in line (#3) at the loaner car area while overhearing one customer being told "your loaner was out of gas so I have to go gas it up for you, be right back". It would be good if this dealership could offer free pickup and delivery to come and get your car like Sarasota Ford does! It appears this service might be offered after all because I see the last question in this survey asks to rate pickup and delivery so I will try to get that next time. The service advisor, Lisa, was awesome but it took overnight for me to get my car back! More
