My experience with the service department at Mercedes Benz on Capitol Expy was the best I had in the last 20 years! My problem was very difficult because the issue was inconsistent any would not happen on a regular basis…. He took my case serious and took my Car’s case on… The service team was so accommodating and gave me a loaner vehicle during the interim… The work was completed in less than than week A new key was ordered and now all is working perfectly…. The care and attention I recieved was outstanding…… I have become a faithful customer from now on… More

Jose is a great advisor, he understands customers’ needs and always takes care of his customers. While providing/explaining all options he does his best to accommodate customers’ requests. The quality of the work is good. I enjoyed working with Mr. Lorenzo. However, the cost of repairs is prohibitvely expensive, so much so I ahve decided to sell my Mercedes.
