Finding a MB dealer that really knows Sprinters and will service them is extremely difficult. This SJ MB knows Sprinters, but also does a GREAT job of servicing them. Bill Beller, their Sprinter Service Manager, patiently answered a number of questions I had and showed me features that even the previous owner didn't know about.
