This dealership has no honor. They will strike a deal with you and back out on the delivery date. This is my experience with them. I struck a deal for 2020 GLE350. Had my bank overnight the cheque as they were gonna deliver in 2 days. Come delivery date, they go cold. Neither the salesman nor his manager are responding by phone, text or email. I am supposed to be picking up my new vehicle, have cheque in hand but they are absconding. What kind of legitimate business runs operations such as this? A shady one!! I also reached out to the GM, Stan Mojaisky, hoping for some resolution. Apparently the lack of honor starts from him and flows down the organization. Their reason was this deal is unattainable elsewhere + they couldnt secure this VIN. But how is the deal worth it when its just in paper and no intention to deliver it? After frustrated with them for weeks, I go to another dealer and secure the same VIN at same cost. So, beware of this dealer's malpractices. More
The worst leasing experience If I could, I would have given this dealership a zero rating. Every single person I have interacted at this dealership, from management to sales associates, have been completely unprofessional and deceitful. When they found out I was making a deal with another dealership, they did everything in their power to interfer with it. First of all, they prevented the car transfer from their dealership to another dearlership, which caused a xxxx of a headache. Once they found out they are not legally able to hold on to the car, they promised me a far more attractive deal than the other dealership and when I accepted it, they said their sales person made a mistake and they cannot honour it. To top it off, one of their representatives blamed me for their wrong doing. This dealership and management have no respect for the customer’s time and it’s far off from Mercedes Benz standards. Stay away! More

Worst car buying/leasing experience ever I leased a B250 from MB of SJ last year. I negotiated lease terms with Sales via email over several weeks. Once agreed, I came into the dealership and I leased a B250 from MB of SJ last year. I negotiated lease terms with Sales via email over several weeks. Once agreed, I came into the dealership and confirmed the lease terms and test drove the car with the Lease Manager. This included verifying VIN of the car against the lease quote. I arranged to pick up the car the following day, so that it could be prepped and I could arrange for drop off. The next day, I was informed that the lease did not apply to the agreed to car. I had to spend 3 hours renegotiating the lease to get the car. After I drove it home, I noticed the pressure was about 10psi low on all tires. When I reported this to Sales the following day, instead of an apology, I received a lecture on effects of cold weather on tire pressure. I next noticed that the car had problems with delayed charging. Over the next several months I made many attempts to get help in resolving the problem and was passed back and forth between Sales, Product Concierge, and Service. I was told multiple conflicting stories and in the end the problem was neither fixed nor explained. I sent two emails to the General Manager requesting help in resolving the problem, and both were ignored. More

parts dept Regarding Parts Dept: I purchased touch up paint for my MB CLS 500. When i purchased it they service rep took the paint number off my door panel as we Regarding Parts Dept: I purchased touch up paint for my MB CLS 500. When i purchased it they service rep took the paint number off my door panel as well has entered my VIN #. He sold me the touch up paint. Which came with no instruction as well has he gave me no instruction. Touch kit contained the paint and clear coat. When I got home I had to research how to apply paint and went ahead and did it to the best of my knowledge. Well the result was BAD. The touch up paint color was a dark gray and did not match the color of my car. it was very obvious and noticeable. I called parts dept and sales rep told me to bring paint and my car in. on morning that i returned back the sales rep test paint and agreed it was darker. when sales rep saw my car he also agreed paint was wrong color. But before anything could be corrected the Detail Manager need to give his second opinion. Detail manager looked at my car agreed touch up paint was dark. he even did test of sample paint on my hood. I got concerned cause he added two more spots of touch up paint on my car and what if my hood and driver side rear door was not corrected. well conclusion was, per detail manager, I had correct color of paint but i added to much. which was not true! He also stated there is not guarantee of touch up paint matching on silver and gold cars. Again he stated I applied it wrong. Then he got rubbing compound to remove the 2 spot he added to the mess on my hood and they would not come out. He told me i need to take my car to a detail shop and have them correct it. I told him why cant his detail shop do it and he told me Bischoff does not have a detail dept. Which was a big lie because Bischoff MB does have a detail dept, Plus wasn't he THE DETAIL MANAGER OF DETAIL DEPT. ?????? The sales rep and detail manager said every false thing to justify my they were right and I was wrong. And they tell me I applied touch up paint and and clear coat incorrect when they sell the product to customers with no instruction attached and they don't take the to instruct a customer on how to use product (even though i did apply it correctly!). So I left with CLS 500 with spot on my rear driver side door and spot on my hood. In addition to to 2 spots that the detail manager added and could care less that he added to my problem. I gave only 1 star for Bischoff attempting to look at my car More
