I had a recall on my Sprinter Van and Bill was most helpful taking care of me. I had taken the earliest appointment of the day knowing that I would be able to get my favorite morning brew from their e helpful taking care of me. When the recall was completed I mentioned to Bill that I had never added DEF to the new vehicle so he took time out to show me how it was done and gave me useful do-it-yourself tips about DEF management. David is a very friendly and responsible service advisor, I did not notice my car was being overfilled by my wife and causing the engine light turned on, it was not suppose to cover under the warranty but Da I did not notice my car was being overfilled by my wife and causing the engine light turned on, it was not suppose to cover under the warranty but David stand on our side and get us all covered as an exception. He also communicated well during the time for status updates as well as shared some tips for future reference. Very appreciated! More

I have to specifically mention - Jesse Flores, sales person I worked with at MB of San Jose. He was awesome!! he gets 5 stars from me. I recently bought a GLC 300 from MB of San Jose, worked with Jesse Flores. He was absolutely great to work with, very nice to talk to, very helpful, follows-up but doesnt constantly call you (like some other dealerships sales folks). He made my experience buying the vehicle a great one. On the day of the purchase, I told him when I would be coming in, he made sure the vehicle was ready washed and gased up and parked upfront. Once the purchase was complete, he spent time with me going over all the features and even gave me a new USB-C cable to hook up my iphone. This was all done with a smiling face all the time. I would recommend reaching out to him if ever you're in the market for a Mercedes Benz. More
Car in for warranty error. I was charged for diagnostic and nothing was corrected. Only reason I brought the car in was for warranty error. For my vehicle first service A. But the service advisor is doing more than Service A requirement by the manufacture is cost way too much. But not sure if the mechanic is doing their job right. More
Finding a MB dealer that really knows Sprinters and will service them is extremely difficult. This SJ MB knows Sprinters, but also does a GREAT job of servicing them. I did NOT purchase my Sprinter at SJ MB, even so they treat me and my Sprinter as thought I did. Bill Beller, their Sprinter Service Manager, patiently answered a number of questions I had and showed me features that even the previous owner didn't know about. In my experience, very few dealers are as a patient, organized and professional. Everything was done on time. GREAT Experience. More
