This was after a terrifying 10-to-15-minute experience going 280 north while my dashboard was screaming to pull over because of COMPLETE BRAKE FAILURE. I stepped on the brake to confirm total brake failure...!!! Service Advisor David Truong called me the second time to pick up my car with 100% manufacturer warranty coverage in one day...!!!
