I received the worst customer service here. If it were up to me I wouldn’t even give them one star! I dropped my car off for a safety recall. There was absolutely no communication. I had to call several times to check the status of my vehicle. Each time I called I was transferred to different voicemails. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. Great service provided! I purchased dent protection and brought to dealership for scratches made by who knows. Client services, Craig, was helpful and professional.
