I went because there was a recall on my car and they needed to check it out. The car was finished quickly and loaner car was issued. I will say that their phone system is terrible. I would have rated them 5 stars but late in the evening Thursday I realized I didn't have the Keyless button for the ignition. Since I was having a problem with a fault saying my keys need new batteries wh Thursday I realized I didn't have the Keyless button for the ignition. Since I was having a problem with a fault saying my keys need new batteries when they didn't, I thought they just forgot to put it back in the ignition. So I called Friday and service switch to someones voicemail which I detailed my problem. No one called me. I called Saturday and left a voicemail with my advisor. On Sunday by chance I found the button. I just thought someone should have called me Friday. Otherwise the whole service was terrific. More
