I brought my 2022 S580 for the service The technician cracked the windshield while replacing the wiper , they apologized and ordered the windshield which io was told is 2 weeks out.. for the past 2 week cracked the windshield while replacing the wiper , they apologized and ordered the windshield which io was told is 2 weeks out.. for the past 2 weeks been driving with a cracked wind shield and waiting for them call to take my car in again More

We limped into the service dept. with our Sprinter, and William Beller took good care of its repair needs. We also had it checked for any other issues, including the check engine lig with our Sprinter, and William Beller took good care of its repair needs. We also had it checked for any other issues, including the check engine light that had appeared as we were noticing problems getting up the mountains. Loved the video from the tech and the very detailed discussion of all that was done. Only problem we had was finding out if the vehicle was ready to pick up. Only Bill could answer that, and Bill did not let us know. We finally drove out so we could ask the cashier if the paperwork was there. It seems the service operators should be able to check for this as it should be a straightforward answer. More
