The Service Rep finally returned my call shortly after your response to my feedback, but he called while I was in a meeting. I asked if he could call me back in an hour, and he said "Yes." I never heard from him again. Clearly, he doesn't want to deal with any of it, and I take that as a management position as well since he called at management's request.
