I had a very good experience with Moscow, and he is the best seller that I have ever seen. If you want to buy a car, go to dealership to see Moscow. He will give you a good price on your next future car. best seller that I have ever seen. If you want to buy a car, go to dealership to see Moscow. They wasted my time for over two weeks and kept on promising that the car I was looking for was on its way into the dealer. Never arrived or they sold it to someone else. And this after we had agre promising that the car I was looking for was on its way into the dealer. Never arrived or they sold it to someone else. And this after we had agreed on price plus I had spend almost 2 hours at the dealership. Very sleazy. More

I took my 1997 SL500 in because the transmission was not shifting correctly. The dealership did some work to try to fix it, but they were not successful. Since they didn't fix the car, the Service Rep sai shifting correctly. The dealership did some work to try to fix it, but they were not successful. Since they didn't fix the car, the Service Rep said he was not going to charge me for dropping the pan, since they found nothing wrong there, which I appreciated. Total bill was over $2,900, and the transmission was worse after I got it back. They said, drive it for a while, because it would be expensive to replace it. The transmission basically died when I got it home. And, I noticed after I got home that they charged me for dropping the pan (just over $400). So, I called to politely ask about the charge, and to make an appointment to probably replace the transmission. It has been a week, and the Service Rep has not returned my call. More
