The repairs were expedited so they could be completed the same day as I dropped the vehicle off. The service advisor, Joshua, was exceptional. He kept me updated during what turned out to be a long. I am a big fan of MBSJ service! I recently came in to have by E350 Blutec updated to the latest Diesel smog requirements. They went out of their way to accomodate my busy schedule I recently came in to have by E350 Blutec updated to the latest Diesel smog requirements. Worst Mercedes dealership I have ever gone to. I tried to ask to see an S Class and they said there were no salesman available, even though I saw 3 standing around drinking coffee near me. I ended up purchasing my car from Steven's Creek instead. Since I lived nearby this dealership, I decided to try their service center. Again, super disappointed. They actually CHARGED me to wash my car, which should be a free courtesy service from all dealerships. Even after that, the car was dirty!!! Please do NOT use this dealership as you will leave with a sour taste in your mouth. These are high end vehicles you want to purchase with your hard earned money. Why waste your time on a dealership that treats you like 2nd class citizens. Mercedes really went down in service over the years and this dealership is the worst example of this. If I can give them a Zero star review, I would. More
