The sales team here is super unprofessional. None of them really seem to know what they're doing. I was scheduled to test drive a used car, but they contacted me last minute to say that I wouldn None of them really seem to know what they're doing. I went anyway to just look at it without the test drive since I really needed a car, and the process went anything but smoothly. At the end of 3+ hours of waiting and providing the wrong fax number to my bank, I went home empty handed and the call I was supposed to receive in the next few days never came. Avoid these people if you can. More

I had recall service and fixed appointment for 7:40 AM. I reach dealership at 7:35AM and am told the associate assigned to me comes around 8 AM to 8:15 AM (really ?). I decided to drop off the car by fill I reach dealership at 7:35AM and am told the associate assigned to me comes around 8 AM to 8:15 AM (really ?). I decided to drop off the car by filling a form. I asked for shuttle for ride back to home, I am told that service starts after 10 AM. Around 8:30 AM I get call if I would like to wash, vacuum car and it is $1 (token money). Around 4:15 PM , I get call my car is ready. I reach dealership , it takes another 30-35 minutes to get the car . I asked the person what it took so long and his reply was in line for washing (why the heck you call me and tell me it is ready). When I took the delivery of the car, it was washed from outside but no vacuum . The whole experience was pretty bad. More
