If I could leave a zero or minus I would. I bought a $200 K electric Mercedes 580 EQS and have had to had it towed twice to Mercedes San Diego the first time for a blown tire from a pothole t I bought a $200 K electric Mercedes 580 EQS and have had to had it towed twice to Mercedes San Diego the first time for a blown tire from a pothole the second time two tires and two rims . They told me after the first time that I was uninsured and I have them $800 for the tire. The second time was two tires and rims which was going to be almost $5000 dollars where Mercedes roadside assistance left us stranded on a dangerous road with a 1 year old child for 4 1/2 hours. They gave me a gas loaner and then proceeded to keep my car through incompetence for almost 6 weeks. I then found out I was insured (paid about $4500) for this. Not only would they not give my car back but the manager insisted on $5000 in cash before I could get the car. I will never buy another Mercedes and will tell everyone not too by treatment from this dealer especially the manager. If you heard ALL the story you would never go near this dealership. More
