Dropped my car in for a routine prepaid service. Car remained at dealer for 2 nights. No courtesy vehicle offered. I booked online a week ahead. Added message if someone could pick car up - no call. I needed a new battery. My vehicle advisor, Ross Benson, who I have known for years, went above and beyond in assisting me in the replacement of the battery. He stayed 2 hours longer than his time to leave who I have known for years, went above and beyond in assisting me in the replacement of the battery. He stayed 2 hours longer than his time to leave the dealership and expedited the actual job. He is the best and most caring Mercedes employee. More

I got a LEMON sprinter.. New Sprinter purchased on 12/9/2019. Major diesel leak on same day 12/9th. Van taken back to MB of SD to be fixed. Van returned to me on 12/10. Van returned to me on 12/10. 12/11th low coolant warning light on. 12/18th while 380 miles away, 18 gal of diesel fuel drained and vehicle shuts off in hwy - life threatening situation. MB of San Diego less than helpful. Vehicle towed to Reno NV MB, Today 12/27 vehicle has not even been seen by a technician yet. Not even a courtesy call from mb of san diego. What a crappy service! Update: 12/30th Not a single call from MB of Reno if the vehicle is ready or what was wrong with the vehicle. Update: Its now 1/2/2020. The van is now at MB of San Diego to ensure it wont lite up on fire while my fiance' and I are driving. I have had the car 8 days, MB has had the car for 20 days now. More
Defrauded by Dealer I was defrauded by the dealership when purchasing my vehicle. I purchased a slightly used car from the dealer last month for over $50k. Before making the purchase, I confirmed that the car had both keys and all paperwork, and was told affirmatively that it did. After all the paperwork was signed and sale completed, and the car was being delivered to me after detail, I'm told that the dealer can't find the second key and manual. I was told that those would be sent to me shortly after they are found, or if they can't be found, I'd be sent a replacement. I have now been strung along for over a month and the manager is reneging on sending me the key or the manual. I am very disappointed, and expected much more from a Penske dealership and an MB dealership. More
